I am entering into
 dragon jelly(fish?) art contest! [link]This is my anime skills to the max! For such a light-hearted contest I spent a ton of time on this but I used this as a great chance to get comfortable with coloring on the computer, or rather, using scanned in paint spreads to fill in areas and use a tiny dash of the computer to add gradients and such. I'm so glad I'm done but it was a lot of fun. I'm slowly trying to take more opportunities to practice art through deviantart activities. Slowly... I feel that the colors are a little boring though, like it needs more spice. It's very analagous but not fully. I think I should either go fully analagous or strengthen the other colors. That's my only gripe but overall I'm happy... and exhausted. X.X Drawing by me, original design by Reveta! |
