I'm so anxious just to get out!

I haven't been active lately but I have been creating a lot of art! I've been really busy with school but unfortunately I've mainly been busy grieving for the passing of my mom. Art has really helped me get through it so it has been my core focus. Is that sublimation? I forget what it's called. It's been several months now and I'm doing good but if you have any artistic coping tips let me know. Thanks!
